At K-Beauty Express, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at hello@kbeautyexpress.com with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, to prevent damage during the transit process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
